Founded upon his Bachelor of Civil Engineering Degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Sidney has maintained Professional Engineer (PE) status in the State of Florida , and is a former/ inactive PE in Georgia and Alabama .
He has over 11 years experience in assessments, plan and cost reviews, and in construction/development monitoring for real estate investors, lenders and related professionals. This experience, coupled with expertise in visual inspection, project management, and contractor oversight is a vital component of the HDG Team's knowledge base. With DDA's co-founder, Daniel, Sidney completes the comprehensive and thorough analysis and reporting on development opportunities for HDG.
Daniel R. Burns, Vice President, Secretary, and Co-Founder, holds Bachelor of Science Degrees in Marketing and Finance from Florida State University . As a licensed realtor in the State of Florida , he offers HDG experience in the analysis of undeveloped land and real estate for multi-family properties and commercial use, supported by brokerage management. |
