Jeff Ritchie

Jeff Ritchie, President and Founder, is the creative visionary behind HDG. He brings successful experience in real estate development and financing, the essential entrepreneurial flair, and the ability to build dynamic and successful teams. Jeff knows what works and how to assess and balance risk and reward. He acquired both discipline and leadership from a six year career in the US Navy, as a Desert Storm veteran and elite force trainer. Jeff applies this discipline and tenacity to HDG's business strategy development and implementation.

While in college in San Diego, Jeff learned his skills in networking and establishing long term business relationships, should be put to immediate effect in raising venture capital for real estate investments. Jeff is now the Principal Developer and Project Manager for several HDG projects, the most advanced of which is the $100+ Million “Windward Preserve development in Chattanooga, TN. This is emerging as one of the most distinguished neighborhoods in the city's history, and has attracted interest from all facets of the public and private communities. Jeff leads HDG the old fashioned way “by example”.
