The Horizons

The Horizons, Chattanooga, TN is the most recent addition to HDG‟s development portfolio, occupying a little more than 157 acres. The Preliminary PUD Site Plan calls for 488 residential units ranging in size from 2,200 to 6,000 sq ft. The balance of the site will consist of “Green” areas, walking trails and community clubhouse.

HDG anticipates final and full Entitlement approval no later than the second quarter of 2008 and plans to commence site preparation shortly thereafter, upon receipt of development funding. An MAI appraisal will be ordered after PUD approval and based on data for comparable regional development, the “after-development” value is anticipated to be $225 Million.
